Kitte Arnold, local artist/teacher, will demo importance in using VALUES in planning and executing watercolor paintings in order to create drama and attract the viewer to a center of interest.

ARTIST…CAROL ANN SHERMAN DEMO …PAINTING WATERCOLOR BATIK ON RICE PAPER
Carol Ann will demonstrate the batik process by putting the image on rice paper with permanent marker and applying alternating layers of watercolor and 210 degree melted wax, and how to remove the wax with heat. See Carol Ann’s work on her website!
