Yummm: Pretty Dean Anthony's Pizza gal with pizza! Best Pizza in South Florida? Pizza tastes vary, and there are all kinds of pizza joints down here that cater to everyone's regional passions. THIS one caters to ours! After 20-some years sampling pizza around South Florida, we've settled on one pizza place capable of re-creating a pizza-man's pizza! That place: Dean Anthony's in Boynton Beach. 561-742-3993. Our tastes are heavily midwestern, since this writer grew up on delightfully cheesy Rockford, Illinois pizza where a single cheese topping equals "triple cheese" in cheese-challenged South Florida. (Competition there was so stiff pizza places used to pipe bomb each other.) HINT: If you order your pizza with "double cheese" along with other toppings, you'll get the idea. (If anyone cares to challenge this, just ask our "Masked Reviewer" to stop by and sample a slice... or two... or three...)
